It’s no surprise that Arrow has been setting up Laurel to take the reins of Black Canary after the events of the Season 3 premiere.
Today, the CW Network has released the first image of Katie Cassidy donning the Black Canary outfit.
It looks like the blonde wig, black mask, and black leather are here to stay and I couldn’t be happier! Here’s hoping Laurel will be able to honor the memory of Sarah.
